Project Description
The project aims to empower young people to become active supporters of environmental sustainability through non-formal education, outdoor learning, and nature-based experiences. Participants will explore environmental challenges, sustainable lifestyles, biodiversity, and responsible consumption through interactive workshops, discussions, and practical activities.
Guided hikes and outdoor workshops will help participants reconnect with nature while promoting physical and mental well-being. Throughout the mobility, participants will discover how everyday actions can contribute to environmental protection and will develop the knowledge, skills, and motivation to promote sustainable practices within their local communities.
⚠️ Requisitos: fisicamente capaz de participar em trilhos de dificuldade média-difícil e equipamento necessário (botas, casaco impermeável, roupa confortável desportiva), bom nível de inglês, interessad@ nos tópicos ambiente e atividade de exterior
